What is the process to work with Elder Path to see if they can help me?
With Elder Path, you’re never alone in navigating the challenges of aging care. It starts with a discovery call where Natasha and her team will assess if Elder Path can provide you and your family with assistance. Based on you and your family's unique needs you will be provided with a customized plan of action and you will be presented with options to retain our services.

What kind of things do you help people with?
Elder Path helps families take the guesswork out of planning care for an aging loved one. Natasha works with you to understand your unique situation and guide you through the next steps. This can include:
-
Assessing care needs at home – Sometimes small changes, like safety adjustments or minor renovations, can make it possible for your loved one to remain at home safely.
-
Medicare Insurance Plan Review
-
Veteran's Benefits Review
-
Assistance with applying for benefits to obtain proper Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and medical/physician orders to utilize, and/or hire appropriate care providers/resources.
-
Exploring care facilities – When a higher level of care is needed, Elder Path helps you determine which type of setting is right—whether that’s assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, or memory care. Natasha can even attend facility tours with you to help ask the right questions and compare your options.
-
Connecting with trusted professionals – Elder Path makes sure your family has access to the right attorneys, accountants, and other specialists to handle important legal and financial matters, such as powers of attorney, living wills, and estate planning.
-
Planning ahead financially – Natasha also helps review insurance and pre-need options so your family isn’t left making difficult decisions in a crisis. Together, you can create a plan that ensures funeral or cremation expenses are taken care of in advance.

How are you able to provide this service? do you accept insurance?
We are not healthcare providers. However, we have the connections and experience to guide people down the right path for them. After your complimentary review we will determine if we can find placement or if a consultation fee will apply going forward to assist with the coordination of their overall care.

What does “Preneed funeral contract or prearrangement” mean?
A preneed funeral contract (sometimes called a prearrangement) is simply planning and paying for funeral or cremation services in advance—before they are needed. Instead of leaving your family to make hard decisions during a crisis, you decide ahead of time what you want and set aside funds to cover it.
This means your wishes are honored, your loved ones aren’t left guessing or overwhelmed, and the financial burden is already taken care of. Preneed contracts can also help lock in today’s prices for services, protecting your family from future cost increases.

I already have Life Insurance, will you still work with me to help my loved one? do you have anything else to offer?
Yes, of course. We do not qualify clients based on their insurance or facility needs. Assisting families navigate this season of life is our passion. If we find that none of my commissioned services are a good fit after our complimentary assessment we will give you a detailed contract and rate explanation to move forward with us.
